Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha Yoga 100 Hour Teacher Training Course

Hatha yoga is a branch of Yoga and is one of the six schools of Hinduism. The word Ha?ha literally means “force” and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.

Our aim is to teach an authentic Vedic system of yoga. We believe that retaining the vitality of the body is a result of the discipline and not the goal. The system philosophies are summarized in 5 principles.

  • Proper exercise: Asanas
  • Proper breathing: Pranayama
  • Proper relaxation: Savasana
  • Proper diet: Vegetarian. A yogic diet is encouraged, limited to sattvic foods, void of rajasic foods as well as tamasic foods.
  • Positive thinking and meditation

The course is for anyone who is interested in a non-dynamic type of yoga such as Vinyasa or Ashtanga. Hatha Yoga is static, and it helps create a strong foundation to start your yoga journey to advance postures.

Taking a 100-hour 2-week course helps you go deeper into your awareness and create lots of mindfulness when you are practising postures.

Modules included as part of this two-week course are Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Body Alignment and Adjustments, and meditation.
