Ease into your day with our Beginner’s Yoga class, designed for newcomers and those looking to refine their practice. This class focuses on foundational poses, breathing techniques, and gentle stretches to build confidence and understanding of yoga basics. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment to ensure a safe and effective practice.
Join us every morning for a dynamic Led Ashtanga Yoga practice. This class offers a structured sequence of powerful poses that build strength, flexibility, and focus. Emphasis is placed on breath synchronization and flow between postures, with guidance on correct alignment to maximize benefits and prevent injury. Find your strength and calm within each pose as you deepen your practice.
Unwind your evening with our calming Hatha Yoga session. This practice blends physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote balance and peace. With an emphasis on proper alignment, it helps enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. A perfect way to relax and prepare your body and mind before concluding the day with our final Meditation session.
End your day with our peaceful Meditation session. This guided practice helps you release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner self. Through breath awareness and mindfulness techniques, this session fosters relaxation, emotional balance, and mental clarity. We teach yoga classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.
We kindly request that our students have a yoga mat, two blocks, and a strap. Having a pillow, blanket, and bloster handy is also a good idea.
We recommend that our students take as many of our courses as possible live. We are providing 4x live classes per day as we believe in the power of live teaching, of synchronous learning. We feel you will benefit from the energetic exchange that occurs when learning in a live environment. That being said, if you are unable to attend our live classes, we absolutely understand and will happily provide you with recordings of the missed classes.
We recommend that our students have a safe environment to practice yoga that is free from furniture or glass objects. Having enough space to move is important to practicing yoga safely at home. Moreover, our teachers are eagle-eyed and pay keen attention to each and every students movements. You will be safely guided in asana practice by all of our instructors.
During our online yoga teacher training course, you will have 4x live classes held on Zoom per day, 6 days a week for the entire 5 weeks of the course. Students are required to have Zoom installed on their computer/laptop/tablet or phone and to have a WiFi connection. If students are not able to attend live, we will send recordings to them.
During our online yoga teacher training course, you will have 4x live classes held on Zoom per day, 6 days a week for the entire 5 weeks of the course. If you would like to take additional courses, we recommend you do so after the 5-week yoga teacher training course has been completed.
