Our Yoga Shala

Our state of the art yoga shala is located on the top floor of the Punyah Residency, which was built in 2020 in Tapovan, Rishikesh. With a vast, expansive space, up to 50 students can be safely accommodated. With pristine hardwood floors and abundant windows, serenity is never far from your mat. From our windows, you can bask in stunning views of the Himalayas and the sacred Ganges river.

Our yoga shala is flanked by an open-air terrace, gardens, and balcony, where students can relax, socialize, or sip a cup of tea. While Rishikesh can be a buzzing and bustling city, Punyah Yoga is tucked away from it all on a quiet street, ensuring you stay more grounded in nature and in your practice.
